I reviewed Guy Savages' Kingdom of Four Rivers some time ago. It is a post apocalyptic novel set in a period about 400 years after our time, and about 300 years after the collapse. So the remnant technology is somewhat in advance of ours, but not unrecognizably so.
The author has offered a free pdf copy.
It is well worth taking a look at. A lot of current Australian fiction never seems to make to the U.S. So after looking at my review (of course-LOL) go get yourself a copy. Free offers, having no consideration involved, are not contractual and may be rescinded at will - which is as legalistic as I can manage at the moment.
