Ohio man remains legally dead despite his recent court plea
RT.com 9 October 2013 (hat tip: NC)
Consider northwest Ohio man Donald Eugene Miller Jr. the walking dead - as he has been since 1994.
Of course, the reason he is wanting to come back to life is so that he can start collecting on social security.Miller was ruled legally dead by a court in 1994, eight years after he disappeared from his home in Arcadia. His appeal Monday in Hancock County Probate Court to rescind his “death” didn’t earn a change of status in the view of the law.
And the reason there is resistance is that the ex-wife and two children had been able to collect on his social security death benefits after he ran out on his child support payments. So the zombie here is not an innocent victim as it were.
Well at least he will be one dead Democrat voter that can get to the polls under his own power.
ReplyDeleteBut seriously no one should be so devastated by child support payments that they are forced to flee and become dead.
Pioneer: He doesn't sound like a person who cares enough to register for anything.
